1:1 COACHING SESSIONS

Sometimes you just need focused support right now, on your own timeline. One-on-one sessions are available week to week; no long-term commitment required, with support tailored to whatever you're navigating in the moment.

Single Session- $125: 50 minutes. Come with a goal, a question, or just a place to start.

Monthly Package- $475/month: Weekly 50-minute sessions plus mid-week check-ins, personalized materials based on your needs, and the option to add on additional services as you go.

90-DAY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM- $2,100

The 90-Day Transformation Program is for people who are ready to go all in… not in a punishing, overhauling-your-entire-life way, but in a slow, supported, this-is-actually-working way. Over 12 weeks, we rebuild your relationship with food, your body, and yourself, one manageable shift at a time.

This program combines two phases of work designed to meet you where you are and take you somewhere better.

Phase 1: Nourish & Reset (Weeks 1–6)

Foundation first. This phase is about calming the noise, resetting your nervous system, and building the basics that make everything else possible.

  • Weekly 50-minute coaching session + mid-week check-in

  • Personalized meal and lifestyle recommendations

  • Nervous system and full-body support

  • Grocery guides and recipe resources

Phase 2: Whole Body Renewal (Weeks 7–12)

Once the foundation is solid, we go deeper. This phase is where the real shifts happen: mood, hormones, energy, identity.

  • Weekly coaching sessions

  • Deep dive into mood-food connections, hormones, and energy cycles

  • Holistic self-care practices

  • Structured habits around hydration, movement, and sleep

  • Ongoing mind-body check-ins
